Our Pet Policy
- Cats and Dogs Allowed
- Maximum of 2 Pets per Home
- Monthly Pet Rent - $30 per pet
- Refundable Pet Deposit: $150 per household
- Non-Refundable Pet Fee - $350 (One-Time) per pet
- Weight Limit - 99 lbs per pet
Breed Restrictions* - Aggressive breeds are prohibited
